Citizenship can only be applied for and processed through an officially appointed DSP or CIIP Representative. Vanuatu Investment Marketing Bureau (VIMB) exists to provide a credible, reliable and sustainable global channel for the promotion of the CIIP and DSP Programs and provide a platform for the Officially Appointed Representatives to present from.

To be eligible for the citizenship by investment program, applicants must make a financial contribution to support Nauru’s sustainable development and climate resilience efforts.

VIMB is the primary global distributor for the Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment programs (CIIP and DSP) and an Authorized Agent for the Nauru Citizenship by Investment Program and is backed with a strong local delivery team in the Pacific.
