non-refundable fee for the due diligence checks by the Government FIU Division, covers all family members.<\/p><p>After clearance by the FIU to proceed, the applicant should prepare to remit the remaining documents along with Stage Two Payment.\u00a0<\/p><p>For Stage Two Payment, applicants may opt to pay 25% of the Mandated Vanuatu Passport Fees (non-refundable), or 100% of the Fees (fully selling at under the Government Minimum Selling Price are liable to have their licenses cancelled.
