Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment is legislated by the Citizenship Act, Cap112 and is framed as the Vanuatu \u201cDevelopment Support Program\u201d (DSP).<\/p>

Launched in January 2017, the Program has found global popularity as an alternative to the already well-established and well-known Caribbean programs.<\/p>

Vanuatu stands apart as being the only Citizenship program of its kind in the Asia Pacific Hemisphere.<\/p>

This step is carried out by the Vanuatu \u201cFinancial Intelligence Unit\u201d (FIU). leading to the issue of a letter of acceptance (essentially an \u201cApproval in Principle\u201d).\nThe FIU process is relatively fast \u2013 Normally seven to ten days. It results in a letter being produced to confirm the applicant is cleared for Citizenship subject to completing the remaining formalities.\nThe Due Diligence Fee of USD5,000 (non-refundable) needs to be submitted with the Step One documents.\n\n\n\n\n\n
