Enforcement of Government Prescribes Fees

The Vanuatu Citizenship Commission wishes to bring to your attention the strict requirement to adhere to Government stipulated pricing as set out in the Regulation Order 33 of 24 April 2019 (DSP), and Regulation Order 34 of 24 April 2019 (VCP).

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prescribed Citizenship By Investment Fees for the DSP are as follows:

Vanuatu Government Mandated Fees

The initial one-off payment of a non-refundable fee for the due diligence checks by the Government FIU Division, covers all family members.

After clearance by the FIU to proceed, the applicant should prepare to remit the remaining documents along with Stage Two Payment. 

For Stage Two Payment, applicants may opt to pay 25% of the Mandated Vanuatu Passport Fees (non-refundable), or 100% of the Fees (fully refundable).

Message from the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission

“To avoid misleading marketing, ALL designated agents and their representatives are required to clearly market the Citizenship Program (whether DSP or VCP) in accordance with the Regulation Orders 33 & 34, at the Minimum Selling (Retail) Price or higher.

No exceptions to Prescribed Fees are permitted.

Designated Agents or their representatives found to be selling at under the Government Minimum Selling Price are liable to have their licenses cancelled. Applicants for Citizenship under both DSP and VCP who obtain Citizenship at under the Prescribed Fees are at risk of having their Citizenship Revoked or, being asked to re­submit their application with correct fees paid”.
