Vanuatu’s Citizenship-by-Investment Evolution: The Coconut Oil Future Fund

As the Vanuatu Investment Marketing Bureau (VIMB), we’re proud to announce our feature on UGlobal Immigration website, where our latest citizenship-by-investment initiative, the Coconut Oil Future Fund (CNO Future Fund), has been highlighted. This innovative program requires a $138,000 investment for a family of four and is set to redefine investment frameworks.

Daniel Agius, CEO of VIMB and the architect of the CNO route, has expressed enthusiasm about the fund’s unique offering. Investors in the CNO Future Fund will acquire redeemable preference shares in a Vanuatu-registered company. This investment comes with a mandatory holding period of five years. After this period, investors have the opportunity to reclaim their invested amount in addition to any accrued capital appreciation.

This fund aims for a minimum of 5% annual capital appreciation. It’s a key part of our strategy to combat climate change impacts and promote sustainable economic growth in Vanuatu.
