Negative Covid Test Requirement Dropped by Vanuatu

Negative Covid Test Requirement Dropped by Vanuatu

In a further loosening of the previously strictly enforced Covid 19 requirements, Vanuatu has since 12 September 2022 dropped the requirement for a negative covid test in order to enter the country.  No quarantine period or further testing is required.

If the visitor does develop Covid symptoms whilst in Vanuatu, a seven-day isolation period will be required.

Travellers are now able to visit Vanuatu freely and travel between all islands.  With the gradual increase in flights – now five per week from Sydney, three from Brisbane and one per week from Melbourne – visiting Vanuatu is becoming progressively easy, which will be welcome news to visitors and tourists from around the world.
